Be inspired by younger generation brand owners as they share how they've invigorated their family business through design and partnerships. Moderated by Jacqueline Chang of PREP Luxe and Jacqueline Chang Studio, this conversation will follow the stories of Morgan, Lincoln and Ryan Yeo of Roger&Sons; Jeanette Lim and Jane Goh of RJ Paper; and Emily Sim of Panelogue, as they speak about balancing the sensitivities and accomplishments of the generation(s) before with their own contemporary vision for their family businesses.

About the Speakers

• Morgan, Lincoln & Ryan Yeo of Roger&Sons
Morgan, Lincoln & Ryan Yeo are a team of brothers who spearhead Roger&Sons, a family brand of ethical makers and mavericks who craft fine furniture and thoughtful objects. Roger&Sons produces ideas and projects across woodworking, furniture, industrial and product design.

• Jeanette Lim & Jane Goh of RJ Paper
At RJ Paper we recognise the need to utilize our resources more efficiently. Within our sphere, we continuously strive to keep abreast of all environmental issues relating to our industry and seek to encourage and support this global concern.

• Emily Sim of Panelogue
Emily is the co-founder of Panelogue and Superstructure. With acute knowledge in building materials and a keen eye for construction methods, she works with the design teams to optimize material specification and production methods. Delivering bespoke projects with speed and cost effective realisation helps to bring complex geometrical and free-form designs to reality.

She is currently serving in the Executive Committee Member in the Singapore Furniture Industries Council. Apart from council duties, she champions the sustainability of materials in the build environment by engaging in dialogue with government agencies and industry professionals. As Chairman of the Design Cluster, she works on initiatives to spark conversations between designers and the furniture industry encouraging collaboration efforts between different sectors to stimulate innovation.
